I'm just not fated with Zouk.

Last night has got to be the most calorie burning, loserly, and cheapo clubbing outing ever! XD First, we got bounced out of Zouk so we stood around wondering where to go. So we decided to take the bus (the first time I've took a bus from Zouk! Cool!) to Clarke Quay to see what we can do when the bus passed by Dbl O, so we decided to get off at the last minute and went there. But we realised that they were checking everybody quite strictly so we headed off to Butter Factory. When we arrived at Butter Factory, it was absolutely deserted! Being the sheepish herdees we were we decided that nobody was a bad sign and headed off on foot to Clarke Quay instead. Obviously, everybody is checking strictly at Clarke Quay too, so no luck there either. On we went with our little hike.

Somehow, we ended up at Eski Bar only to find that they were closing in half an hour! And so was Harry's. In the end we stood in front of Fullerton for the longest time trying to decide what to do and concluding that if we just wanted to drink ourselves silly we could all just go back to Hall! Drinks on Kenneth~ Yay~

BUT because not everyone stayed in hall and had plans the next morning, we spent another 15-20minutes figuring out what the people not in hall should do. Until I decided that I had enough rest after our long hiking exercise from Dbl O to Fullerton and started heading back to Clarke Quay! I think Jer more or less decided to go home by the time we were half way to Clarke Quay but I think she was more indignant that we had failed in our evil ploy for the night, so decided that we were all going to continue on to Clarke Quay! (Otherwise if she had gone home, we would've all gone back to hall.)

So back at Clarke Quay we managed to get into The Arena! Yay for free flow on ladies night!

The Arena was better than expected! There was a band there who performed til about 2 or 3am, then the DJ came on with R&B! Yay! It was a mostly uneventful night other than clubbing with two couples which was the biggest mistake ever! Don't ever want to club with them anymore! And someone came up and asked if I was Samantha. And there were some hilarious stuff going on so I was laughing a lot (for clubbing). But, they have no Ribena! That's so wrong!

I had a pretty good time, I think so did Kenneth. Jer was probably sufficiently entertained by QH. Unfortunately CZ and Mich looked pretty bored, but at least our evil ploy for the night worked! Hurray for us~

I realized that sometime ago I actually blogged that I don't want to set myself up for an inevitable heartbreak. Is it really... inevitable?

Somehow, I think I just screwed up my Shell application. Looks like it's byebye to Shell for me already! LOL. Just did their questionnaire and I think I ended up looking like an unpersuasive control freak who just tells others what to do and refuses to follow rules! Well, maybe by some miracle, Shell will be looking for a crazy person like me! Somehow I think my questionnaire answers don't match my resume at all. However did I end up with all the leadership posts I have when I'm so unconvincing?

Ahh. Sometimes I think I'm such a technical person that I'm just totally in the wrong course. Bah.
